The SMEG administrative dashboard empowers technicians to seamlessly send software updates directly to users' IoT devices. By selecting a group of devices, technicians can create campaigns to distribute the necessary information for new updates. This capability is crucial for products like ovens, wine coolers, refrigerators, and more, which require regular maintenance and updates.

The objective of this innovation project was to streamline the dashboard's functionality, making it easier to create and deploy updates. New features were also introduced, including multi-language support, a map view, an enhanced analytics section with appliance KPIs, and more.

The project commenced with an analysis of existing requirements, followed by:
